Role Overview

The Fan Space Social Media Associate will be based in the hello82 Dallas Fan Space located in the Carrollton area. The role demands work hours between 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM local time, including mandatory weekend shifts. Submission of relevant social media profiles with your application is required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Fan Space team to cultivate a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for K-pop fans in Dallas.
• Partner with the Social Media Marketing team to prepare and produce captivating content promoting the Dallas Fan Space.
• Document events through photo and video for promotional use and archives.
• Manage transactions and sales via Shopify POS.
• Maintain clear communication with teammates and customers.
• Ensure high standards of performance regardless of crowd size.
• Support Fan Space operations including customer service, minor maintenance, floor presence, inventory and sales tracking.
• Contribute to creative projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for K-pop music and culture.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Minimum education level: High school diploma.
• Familiarity with Capcut or other video editing software.
• Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with crowds.
• 1-2 years retail experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently within a team of 10 or more to foster an energetic and inclusive environment.
