Internship Overview

Tarte invites senior students from accredited institutions to join its Fall 2026 Product Development Internship in New York City. This in-person role offers valuable exposure, allowing interns to engage with industry professionals and gain practical experience shaping the future of beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily functions of the Product Development team
• Take ownership of specific daily and weekly assignments
• Participate in training sessions and presentations by tarte leaders across departments
• Collaborate closely with various department leaders on independent projects
• Enhance skills in teamwork, leadership, critical analysis, and strategic planning

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a senior student at an accredited college or university
• Available to work onsite at the NYC office during the fall semester
• Adaptability to multitask and handle a rapidly evolving environment
• Strong capabilities in teamwork, organization, and communication
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
