Internship Overview
Tarte Cosmetics invites rising seniors attending accredited colleges and universities to join its Fall 2026 Graphic Design Internship in New York City. This part-time, onsite internship offers hands-on involvement in the company's design department, exposing interns to industrial and graphic design in a dynamic work setting. Interns will collaborate with industry leaders and peers, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to projects that influence the future of beauty product design.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks and responsibilities within the Design department.
- Manage and take ownership of assigned daily and weekly projects.
- Participate in training sessions and special presentations conducted by Tarteleaders from various teams.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental interns to complete an independent Capstone Project.
- Enhance skills in teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university, preferably rising seniors.
- Availability to work in-person at the New York City office for the internship duration.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
- Proficient written and interpersonal communication skills.
