The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), internationally recognized for its excellence in management education, is seeking to hire tenure-track faculty for its Dubai Campus. IIMA is home to about 100 full-time faculty who contribute through teaching, research, and consultancy. Faculty Roles and Eligibility

Multiple positions are open across various management disciplines. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree related to management before starting their appointment. The institute prioritizes candidates with proven research excellence and teaching capabilities, especially at postgraduate and doctoral levels. Practical teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level appointments.

Experience and Qualification Requirements

• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. or equivalent with outstanding academic credentials; prior experience is optional. Candidates close to completing their doctorate are encouraged to apply.
• Associate Professor: Ph.D. or equivalent, a solid record of scholarly work and publications, and minimum six years of teaching and research experience at the assistant professor level in reputed institutions.
• Professor: Ph.D. or equivalent with a substantial research and publication portfolio, at least ten years of academic/research experience, including six years as an Associate Professor at a renowned institute.

Application Process and Selection

Interested applicants need to complete an application form and upload necessary documentation. A Faculty Recruitment Committee reviews submissions and selects candidates for campus visits. Shortlisted candidates present research seminars and interact with faculty members for assessment. Recommendations are made to the Director for final appointments.
