You understand the Building Code of Australia, workplace safety expectations and relevant facilities standards. You are comfortable building effective working relationships at all levels, from trades and contractors through to senior stakeholders, and you bring a strong service mindset to your work. You are also confident using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and facilities management systems to support efficient operations and continuous improvement.

This role is mainly office-based, but it also requires regular travel across Tasmania and participation in a 1:4 on-call roster.
