Job description
Overview
We are looking to hire a practical, well-organized Site IT & Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and facilities across our Irish offices. This role involves hands-on management and coordination between users, external IT vendors, and facilities teams to maintain effective technology solutions and building services.
Key Duties
- Manage daily IT and facilities service needs at Irish locations.
- Provide frontline IT support for devices, networks, and general issues, escalating more complex matters as necessary.
- Install and maintain various equipment such as computers, tablets, smartphones, and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
- Communicate with external IT vendors, contractors, and suppliers to address technical and maintenance concerns promptly.
- Assist with oversight of access control systems, CCTV, and related site operations.
- Oversee facilities upkeep, repairs, and building-related requests until fully resolved.
- Keep detailed records and help enforce policies, procedures, compliance, and operational standards, traveling to different Irish sites when needed.

- Highly organized and independent with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resourceful problem solver passionate about technology and IT support.
- Adept at configuring devices and resolving typical IT and connectivity problems.
- Strong communicator capable of engaging effectively with users, contractors, and vendors.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and seeing responsibilities through to completion.
- Willing to travel among Irish sites and possess a full, clean driving license.
Preferred Additional Experience
Prior exposure to managing MDM, remote monitoring/Building Management Systems (BMS), access control or CCTV; experience facilitating facilities coordination or building services; background in logistics, chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is advantageous.
