To meet growing demands, they are inviting applications for the position of Fabricator / Trainee Fabricator to join their factory team on a permanent, full-time onsite basis in Derby, England.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
This opportunity suits individuals who enjoy practical tasks and take pride in crafting top-quality products. The successful candidate will be committed, dependable, and enthusiastic about acquiring specialized fabrication skills. The role involves hands-on work with comprehensive on-the-job training provided, focusing initially on welding before advancing to other manufacturing stages. The training pathway includes learning accurate measuring, fabrication, assembly, and quality control processes, with an ultimate aim of producing industry-standard flood resilience products.
Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements
