Overview
UQ Temps offers flexible short-term casual roles for professionals keen to apply their skills within a dynamic, collaborative university environment. These positions are available across various University of Queensland campuses including St Lucia, Herston, and Dutton Park.

Role Expectations
As a member of the casual talent pool, you will assist different teams at UQ in delivering high-standard administrative and operational services. Duties vary by role but may involve:
- Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
- Supporting committees, including preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Maintaining administrative databases and balancing multiple priorities
- Performing research and data analysis to assist projects and reporting
- Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and assisting with website management through Drupal (where applicable)
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in administrative, business support, or executive assistance roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High discretion and professionalism handling confidential matters
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capability
- Proactivity and adaptability in busy, fast-moving settings
