Export Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Export Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, responsible for driving revenue growth through strong customer engagement, managing orders from multiple countries, and overseeing entire export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by maintaining effective communication and managing accounts and deals successfully.
• Handle order processing from various countries including Kenya, South Africa, and Kazakhstan.
• Manage end-to-end fulfillment processes to guarantee timely execution of customer orders with optimal service levels.
• Coordinate international logistics operations to ensure seamless transit from dispatch through delivery.
• Plan and monitor supply chain procedures to mitigate delays and risks while enhancing efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison among sales teams, warehouse/operations units, and transportation partners to align goals and resolve conflicts rapidly.
• Supervise order processing stages from order confirmation to shipment execution, documentation, and tracking.
• Ensure coordinated efforts across internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent shipment performance.
• Detect and resolve operational hurdles in logistics and supply chain processes through corrective measures.
• Prepare routine reports on shipment statuses, order completion, performance metrics, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in managing export operations, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment in international or cross-border business environments.
• Demonstrated capability to drive revenue via sales execution, nurturing customer relationships, and effective commercial follow-up.
