Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Create and roll out a comprehensive enterprise performance management framework encompassing Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, governance structures, and standardized reporting.
• Set performance benchmarks, targets, and accountability structures that align with strategic organizational priorities.
• Lead the integration of Balanced Scorecards and KPI frameworks across various business and support units.
• Develop effective early and trailing indicators to provide proactive insight into risks and forecast performance results.
• Manage target-setting and performance planning processes that convert strategic goals into quantifiable commitments.
• Institute performance review meetings and management routines that improve accountability and execution quality.
• Track organizational performance, detect risks and performance shortfalls, and initiate prompt corrective measures.
• Design executive dashboards and performance reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a small Enterprise Performance team and exert influence across leadership to solidify ownership and accountability for performance.

Candidate Profile

• Over 10 years' experience in enterprise performance management, corporate strategy execution, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Documented success in designing and implementing Balanced Scorecards, KPI systems, target-setting methods, and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record in building and evolving performance management capabilities in large, complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in employing leading and lagging indicators to drive business results.
• Experience developing high-level dashboards and management reporting for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders across levels.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and driving organizational change.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
