Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Engage in a diverse set of surveying tasks both onsite and in the office environment.
  • Ensure project tasks are completed precisely according to specifications and within allocated budgets.
  • Participate actively in continuous professional development programs.
  • Contribute in internal training initiatives both as a learner and an instructor.
  • Maintain and uphold PCA’s high integrity and professional standards.
  • Support the growth and maintenance of strong client relationships.
  • Perform additional duties related to the role as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in surveying.
  • Solid proficiency in both fieldwork and office-based workflows related to surveying.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation along with the ability to lead and work within teams.
  • Excellent report writing capabilities and effective communication skills.
  • High level of IT literacy necessary for adoption and use of emerging surveying technologies.
  • Experience or skills in 3D drafting and modeling considered a notable advantage.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving licence.
