Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced wood framer with at least two years of expertise in residential or multi-family framing projects. The ideal candidate will be open to receiving training in layout techniques and snapping lines, contributing to a cohesive and productive framing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality wood framing work primarily on large multi-family housing projects.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills in layout and snapping lines.
• Collaborate effectively with the framing team to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• No less than two years of practical experience in residential or multi-family wood framing.
• Must hold valid certifications in Fall Protection and Construction Safety Training System (CSTS).
• Possess reliable transportation to commute to job sites.
• Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Additional Information

Projects undertaken will be large-scale multi-family framing assignments requiring disciplined safety and construction standards.
