Role Summary
This full-time, on-site driver position based in Abu Dhabi requires candidates who can begin work immediately. The driver will safely operate company vehicles to ferry employees, clients, and goods between PSI offices, property locations, and other specified destinations. Responsibilities include planning efficient routes, strictly following UAE traffic regulations and PSI safety policies, performing routine vehicle inspections, and promptly reporting maintenance needs.
Additionally, the driver will assist property teams by accompanying them to site visits, ensuring punctual arrivals for meetings, and helping with minor logistical tasks. Professionalism, reliability in timekeeping, excellent customer interaction, and adherence to company procedures are critical to success in this role.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid UAE Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license with a clean driving record.
- Hands-on experience operating commercial trucks or large vehicles, emphasizing truck driving expertise.
- Strong communication skills for clear coordination with supervisors, teams, and clients.
- Demonstrated customer service aptitude and professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
- Knowledge of truck safety protocols, ability to perform basic vehicle inspections, and understanding vehicle operational constraints.
- Preferably holds a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and UAE road networks and experience in real estate or corporate driving contexts is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, excellent time management skills, and commitment to health, safety, and compliance standards.
