Role Overview

We are inviting applications for both full-time and part-time Groomers and Groomers Assistants to join our experienced team at the Navan location. The role involves performing a range of grooming services and managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diverse grooming treatments including standard and specialist styles, mobility treatments, aromatherapy, and Emmipet Dental care.
• Manage appointments and maintain the grooming schedule efficiently.
• Promote grooming packages and upsell services to clients.
• Provide clients with advice concerning their dogs' health and appropriate dietary selections.
• Educate owners on coat maintenance between grooming sessions.

Eligibility and Requirements

Candidates should possess a QQI Level 5 qualification, iPET Network Level 3 Diploma, or City and Guilds certification in Grooming, alongside a minimum of one year’s hands-on grooming experience.
