About the Role
Māja Tev is expanding its team and seeks seasoned construction workers to join significant construction projects based in Germany and Sweden. We welcome applications both from individuals and pre-formed construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing comprehensive construction cycle tasks.
- Building wooden frame buildings and structures.
- Installing modular and roof structures.
- Performing interior and exterior finishing work.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in construction work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Meticulous attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for assignments in Germany and Sweden.
- Proficiency in Latvian; knowledge of English is advantageous.
