Experienced Barista - Richmond VIC

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista with a minimum of two years of experience in a busy environment to become part of our welcoming team at 89 Bridge Road, Richmond. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with specialty coffee preparation, proficiency using EK Grinders, San Remo cafe racer machines, as well as filter coffee methods. The position involves handling coffee volumes between 50kg to 60kg per week.

Our company operates nationally with locations in Canberra, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, providing a supportive and expanding workplace.

Working Hours

This is a four-day workweek from Monday to Thursday, with shifts starting at 6:30 AM and concluding at 3:30 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years working experience as a barista in a high-volume café or similar setting
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
• Demonstrate strong team collaboration and a solid work ethic
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality
• Show passion for coffee and hospitality industry
• Fluency in English to engage effectively with customers
