Role Overview
The Expeditor acts as the connection point between the kitchen and the service floor, making sure every dish is prepared accurately, sent out on time, and presented to guests at a high standard. This role is all about speed, precision, and keeping service running smoothly in a lively, high-energy setting.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate between culinary and front-of-house teams so dishes leave the kitchen correctly and promptly.
- Maintain a sharp focus on timing, quality, and presentation for every plate.
- Support a seamless guest experience by helping food reach tables in perfect condition.
- Work closely with the Chef and management team to keep service organized and efficient.
