Job description

Role Overview

This position focuses on employee welfare and workplace well-being at the Barwah, Madhya Pradesh facility. The role is intended for a female candidate and involves creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Create and roll out welfare policies and processes that support employee safety and health.
  • Handle employee welfare concerns and work toward practical, timely resolutions.
  • Support the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS) to reduce workplace accidents and injuries.
  • Deliver training for employees and managers on labour-related matters, OHSAS, and other relevant topics.
  • Work closely with the HR team to manage employee disputes and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Between 2 and 6 years of experience in welfare management and labour-related matters.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety rules, standards, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to support effective conflict handling.
  • OHSAS certification or a related credential will be considered an advantage.
