About the Role

As the Executive Vice President, you will assume a pivotal role in shaping and directing the company’s long-term vision and strategy. Operating remotely, your mandate spans oversight of vital business functions, guiding cross-departmental teams, and assuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets. This position is instrumental in charting the company’s future trajectory by evaluating opportunities and risks, as well as ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major business units and drive the implementation of strategic priorities in accordance with company objectives.
• Oversee and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve high-level performance, providing mentorship and managing succession planning.
• Define, track, and refine key business initiatives, supporting data-driven improvements for growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, resource deployment, and the overall organizational design.
• Represent the company among stakeholders and partners, managing high-level negotiations and upholding corporate reputation.
• Monitor evolving industry trends to anticipate changes, ensuring adaptability and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated executive experience responsible for broad business functions, strategic planning, and P&L oversight.
• History of creating and actualizing complex, long-range business strategies as well as managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical decision-making using quantitative insights.
• Excellent ability to communicate, negotiate, and cultivate relationships with high-profile partners, boards, and stakeholders.
• Skilled in building, coaching, and managing high-performance, diverse teams.
• Capable of working autonomously and effectively in a fully remote setting, leveraging digital collaboration tools.
• Advanced critical thinking and adaptability to lead through ambiguity and dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline is required; MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in a senior leadership capacity within a growth-oriented or complex organization is essential; industry-specific expertise is advantageous.
