About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Vice President of Program Management to join our senior leadership team. This executive position involves steering enterprise-wide program management, enhancing organizational execution capabilities, and ensuring the timely and effective completion of strategic initiatives that advance the company’s long-range goals.

Working directly with the CEO and executive team, this leader will shape program governance policies, harmonize cross-departmental priorities, optimize resource allocation, and create scalable frameworks that boost organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level supervision of program management efforts across the entire enterprise.
  • Craft and apply program management strategies that reflect organizational priorities.
  • Set governance policies and execution frameworks to guide strategic programs.
  • Ensure consistent and successful delivery of initiatives across all business units.
  • Champion operational excellence and rigorous execution standards at all levels.
  • Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs supporting long-term objectives, prioritizing them according to business needs and resource availability.
  • Track program milestones, outcomes, and overall performance.
  • Advocate for and support resource planning across enterprise initiatives.
  • Enhance governance and ensure uniformity in program delivery.
  • Convert executive leadership priorities into aligned, actionable program plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration across various business units and executives to maintain strategic cohesion.
  • Identify potential risks to execution and devise effective mitigation plans.
  • Drive overall enterprise coordination of strategic projects.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise programs.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to track progress and enable informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departments including Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, HR, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, and Corporate Strategy for seamless program execution.
  • Evaluate and improve program management processes and governance models for enhanced organizational efficiency.
  • Lead business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across programs.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing program management team fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or related fields; an MBA or advanced business degree is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of increasing leadership responsibility in program management, business operations, PMO leadership, or strategic initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-functional enterprise programs.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, organizational planning, business performance tracking, and strategic execution.
  • Experience collaborating closely with executive leadership teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Preferred experience includes technology sectors, SaaS, AI, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, or professional services.
  • Track record leading enterprise transformation and organizational improvement efforts.
  • Familiarity with certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP is considered a plus.
