Position Overview

The Executive Vice President of Operations at Hola HR! is a part-time role positioned in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work setup, permitting occasional remote work. This senior leadership post is responsible for overseeing all operational activities across the organization, ensuring streamlined processes, consistent delivery of services, and alignment with the company’s overarching strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operations teams to enhance overall performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor essential performance indicators and coordinate initiatives that span multiple departments to boost productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement strategic plans and oversee budgeting, resource distribution, and client engagement support.
  • Mentor managerial staff, champion continuous process improvements, and maintain adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.

Core Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in operations management including optimizing processes and tracking performance metrics.
  • Experience managing profit and loss responsibilities encompassing budgeting, controlling costs, and analyzing revenues.
  • Proficient in customer service management focused on maintaining high service quality, stakeholder contentment, and effective issue resolution.
  • Skilled in strategic planning encompassing goal setting, roadmap creation, and overseeing execution.
  • Strong project management capabilities including planning, setting priorities, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Extensive leadership experience at an executive or senior management tier, preferably within operations or similar domains.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, cultivate collaboration, and drive organizational change within dynamic environments.
  • Analytically strong with problem-solving and decision-making proficiency, utilizing data to guide strategy.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional languages add value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related fields required; advanced degrees such as MBA are preferred.
  • Experience involving HR, professional services, or technology-focused firms is advantageous.
