Role Summary

The Executive Vice President will lead strategic direction for the company’s core service lines and international markets. This remote, full-time leadership position is responsible for guiding business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and improving overall operational results. The role works closely with senior leadership to shape long-term objectives, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure coordinated execution across teams. It also includes reviewing performance data, supporting department heads, refining processes and resource use, representing the company in senior-level discussions, and developing an engaged, accountable, and inclusive remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and drive strategic priorities across service lines and global markets.
  • Lead business development efforts and grow client relationships.
  • Track financial and operational performance and use insights to improve results.
  • Work with senior leaders to define long-term goals and growth initiatives.
  • Support department heads in managing operations, resources, and execution.
  • Represent the organization in high-level client and partner conversations.
  • Coach senior leaders and help build a strong succession pipeline.
  • Promote an inclusive, high-performance culture within distributed teams.
  • Keep remote teams aligned, engaged, and accountable for outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership background in IT-enabled services, outsourcing, or technology-led businesses, with a proven record of increasing growth and profitability.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans while overseeing complex, multi-domain operations.
  • Strong experience in business development, account management, and negotiating major partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional and remote environments.
  • Experience mentoring senior managers and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Working knowledge of B2B data solutions, web services, UI/UX, staffing, consulting, or related service areas is an advantage.
  • Comfort with data-based decision-making, financial analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
