Role Overview
The Executive Vice President is part of the senior leadership group and works closely with the CEO to shape and deliver the company’s overall direction. The position focuses on translating strategy into execution, strengthening operations across major business areas, improving coordination between departments, and supporting sustainable business expansion.
Corporate Strategy and Growth
- Support the CEO in developing the company’s long-term growth and development strategy.
- Convert strategic priorities into practical business plans and measurable actions.
- Lead expansion efforts in core business areas and help open up new market opportunities.
- Track how well strategic initiatives are performing and refine execution plans when needed.
Operations and Business Management
- Oversee the day-to-day management of key business units.
- Set up effective operating systems and management processes.
- Improve workflows and allocate resources more efficiently to raise productivity.
- Ensure business units meet their agreed performance goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Encourage strong collaboration and shared resources across departments.
- Help resolve major operational challenges that affect the business.
- Align product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to work toward common goals.
- Strengthen the organization’s overall ability to execute plans effectively.
Major Projects and Business Development
- Take the lead on important strategic and business initiatives.
- Support the launch and scaling of new businesses, markets, and products.

- Keep priority projects moving on schedule and aligned with their objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Create and maintain performance management systems for core business areas.
- Monitor critical business metrics and financial results.
- Provide regular progress updates to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
- Drive continuous improvements in business performance and growth.
Leadership and Team Development
- Build and develop a strong senior management team.
- Create a pipeline of future business leaders.
- Support organizational culture, leadership development, and management capability building.
- Increase the company’s overall leadership strength and execution capacity.
External Representation
- Represent the company in discussions with major clients, business partners, and investment organizations.
- Promote strategic alliances and cooperation opportunities.
- Help strengthen the company’s brand recognition and standing in the industry.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or other advanced management qualification is preferred.
Experience
Candidates should bring more than 20 years of experience in corporate management or business operations, including at least 15 years in senior leadership positions. Background in large organizations or fast-growing companies is preferred, along with a demonstrated history of business growth, organizational change, or transformation.
Core Competencies
The role calls for strong strategic planning, operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, team development, executive decision-making, and high-level business negotiation skills.
Additional Information
This position is based in the United States and is an on-site full-time role.
