About the Role

Winning International Group seeks a distinguished Executive Secretary to support the Chairman at its Singapore headquarters. This pivotal role involves providing strategic, operational, and executive assistance across the Group's global ventures. The appointed professional will collaborate closely with senior executives in managing cross-border projects, executive communications, corporate initiatives, and key business priorities. Designed for a high-performing individual with strong business insight and excellent judgment, this role offers potential advancement into future leadership positions within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer full executive support including managing the Chairman's schedule, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, and handling executive correspondence.
  • Develop presentations, reports, speeches, briefing documents, and prepare materials that facilitate executive decision processes.
  • Coordinate Board, executive meetings, and corporate events, ensuring efficient organization and follow-up.
  • Drive strategic projects and initiatives endorsed by the Chairman, keeping track of milestones and liaising with relevant stakeholders to guarantee timely outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile analyses concerning industries, markets, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Act as the principal intermediary between the Chairman and both internal and external parties, including business partners, government bodies, and executives across the Group.
  • Draft professional written communications and handle executive correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Support cross-functional and regional projects, encouraging collaboration among business units and monitoring progress.
  • Prepare executive summaries and regular updates on project statuses.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
  • Assist with corporate governance activities and additional tasks assigned by the Chairman.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university; candidates with outstanding academic achievements from internationally recognised institutions are preferred.
  • Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or Master’s degree are advantageous.
  • Have 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in executive office support, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, or project management roles.
  • Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or top-level leadership is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to multinational corporations or international business settings is an advantage.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Mandarin is beneficial due to interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Possess keen commercial insight and sound business judgment.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Be capable of working effectively and autonomously in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-moving environment.
  • Show outstanding interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Exemplify learning agility, leadership potential, and a proactive, detail-focused approach with a collaborative attitude.
  • Be trustworthy, able to manage confidential matters discreetly, with a strong ownership mentality and accountability.

  • Experience in multinational organizations or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Background in management consulting or corporate advisory.
  • Familiarity with industries such as shipping, logistics, mining, infrastructure, and international trade.
  • Work experience in government agencies, diplomatic services, international organizations, or executive offices.
  • International education or work experience is favored.
  • Experience managing regional or global projects.
