Executive Search Principal - Go-To-Market

Role Overview

Join a high-performing boutique executive search firm focused on Go-To-Market leadership placements, operating at an $8-10 million annual run-rate with strong ties to top venture capital networks like a16z, First Round, and Emergence. This fully remote role offers an opportunity to work with a small, elite team known for delivering outstanding recruitment results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 5 to 8 retained executive searches concurrently for senior GTM positions such as VP Sales, Head of Marketing, CRO, and CCO.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including strategy formulation, candidate sourcing, client engagement, offer negotiations, and compensation discussions involving equity.
• Collaborate directly with founders, CEOs, and GTM executives without any intermediaries or handoffs.
• Work from any location within the United States as part of a fully distributed team requiring high autonomy and self-drive.
• Respond to substantial inbound demand that exceeds existing capacity, emphasizing production over pipeline generation.

Compensation and Incentives

Earn significant bonuses tied to your output, including execution bonuses on completed placements and business development bonuses that are approximately double when you originate new clients. At target production, shares of fees can increase to 50-60%, with every team member currently earning over $600,000 annually.
