Role Overview

The organization is looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to handle executive recruitment assignments from start to finish and deliver strategic hiring solutions for clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring teams to understand senior leadership needs, identify top candidates, and provide advisory support throughout the search process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete executive search process, from the first client discussion through to final placement.
  • Work with clients to understand business goals, team structures, and leadership hiring requirements.
  • Create customised search plans and identify strong executive and senior-level candidates.
  • Carry out market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis.
  • Source, evaluate, interview, and assess candidates for leadership and specialist positions.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, candidates, and industry contacts.
  • Share candidate recommendations, market intelligence, and hiring insights with clients.
  • Arrange interviews, support negotiations, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding.
  • Keep accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Track recruitment market trends and support business development and client expansion activities.

Required Profile

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline, along with 3–6+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, talent acquisition, or headhunting.

Applicants should have a solid track record of handling senior-level or executive hiring mandates, strong relationship management abilities, and confidence in business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, research, networking, and candidate sourcing skills are essential. The role also calls for the ability to manage several recruitment projects and deadlines at the same time, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a results-driven approach.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in executive search firms, recruitment consultancies, or internal executive talent acquisition teams.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, CRM platforms, and talent intelligence solutions.
  • Exposure to hiring across sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, or other corporate environments.
  • Understanding of executive assessment methods and best practices for leadership hiring.
  • Professional certifications in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment are a plus.
