Role overview

Highsnobiety is hiring an Executive Producer to join its Creative Production team in Berlin. The role combines senior client leadership with direct involvement in delivering premium productions. You will steer major branded content partnerships across photo, video, digital, and experiential formats, with a constant focus on creative quality, efficient delivery, and commercial performance.

This position suits someone who enjoys balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on production work. You will manage trusted client relationships, guide teams through demanding projects, and help turn ambitious creative concepts into finished work that resonates with Highsnobiety’s audience. The role also contributes to strengthening the company’s production standards and overall capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the largest client workstreams, making sure each production is delivered to brief, within budget, and aligned with Highsnobiety’s visual and creative standards.
• Build strong senior-level client relationships and act as a strategic partner across important accounts.
• Represent the Production function in client meetings, quarterly reviews, and broader planning discussions.
• Stay actively involved in execution, including planning, vendor negotiation, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and solving issues on the ground when required.
• Assess incoming briefs, judge production feasibility, and shape delivery approaches that satisfy creative, operational, and financial goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, staffing plans, and production pricing across several simultaneous workstreams.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Creative, Editorial, Commercial, and outside partners to deliver original and culturally relevant content programs.
• Support producers throughout the production cycle by offering direction, mentorship, and practical help on priority projects.
• Spot opportunities to refine workflows, improve efficiency, and introduce better ways of working within the Production team.
• Work with the VP, Creative Production on team growth, succession planning, and upskilling initiatives.
• Maintain a broad global network of production partners, vendors, freelancers, and creative collaborators.
• Promote operational excellence by identifying and resolving risks, gaps, and inefficiencies early.
• Protect Highsnobiety’s creative standards while ensuring productions also meet client and commercial expectations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in content production, creative production, or agency production leadership, with a strong record of handling large branded content programs.
• Deep experience producing photo, video, digital, and integrated campaigns from concept through final delivery.
• Comfort switching between strategic oversight and practical execution, including stepping into active productions when needed.
• Strong business understanding, including budget management, pricing, forecasting, and profitability.
• Proven success in managing senior client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership ability, with experience coaching and developing producers and cross-functional teams.
• Clear understanding of both creative development and production execution.
• Highly structured approach to work, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing settings.
• Experience working on productions involving high-profile talent, global brands, and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Highsnobiety’s audience and its cultural positioning across fashion, music, design, art, and contemporary culture.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when needed.
