Job description

Role Overview

This position involves supporting quality and compliance activities at the Goa site, with a focus on document review and adherence to pharmaceutical standards.

Key Duties

  • Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Practices, and any other applicable regulatory expectations, including environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Carry out assigned work and oversee related activities in line with the relevant standard operating procedures.
  • Stay current with required training and help ensure team members are trained on applicable SOPs.
  • Complete the mandatory learning assigned for the workgroup “QA - Document review -GOA” in L2LMS (SABA).
  • Draft and update standard operating procedures as needed.
  • Handle customer requirements and notifications.
  • Manage market complaints, out-of-specification cases, CAPA, change controls, and deviations.
  • Investigate and close market complaints, adverse drug events, out-of-specification incidents, failures, and deviations.
  • Escalate quality concerns and improvement suggestions to managers.

Experience Required

Relevant experience of 4 to 6 years is required.

Education

Graduation in Pharmacy is required.
