Role overview
This is a field-based sales and marketing position centered on developing and sustaining strong partnerships with architects and interior designers (AIDs). The role supports multiple home décor product categories, including luxury lighting, kitchen and wardrobe solutions, bath fittings and sanitaryware, UPVC windows and doors, textures, wood finishes, wallpapers, fabrics, and related offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage current relationships with AIDs and handle their ongoing service needs.
- Identify and onboard new AIDs while building and maintaining a database of active architects within the assigned territory.
- Keep the Customer Master List (CML) for AIDs accurate and up to date.
- Assess territory potential and plan business development across relevant categories through AIDs.
- Create leads by presenting product ranges through brochures and catalogs, sharing information on new launches and updates, and arranging follow-up meetings to deepen engagement.
- Visit customer sites as needed, serve as the point of contact for issue escalation, and support a smooth home décor implementation experience.
- Work with category teams to secure backend assistance and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain a weekly activity tracker covering architect visits and related outputs such as catalog distribution, product briefings, and site visits.
