Role overview
This position is for an energetic and motivated HR Executive to assist across key human resource activities. The role focuses on HR coordination, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The right person should communicate well, be comfortable speaking in front of groups, and bring a proactive attitude to the team.
Core responsibilities
- Support the full HR coordination cycle, including hiring support, joining formalities, and employee paperwork.
- Arrange interview schedules and act as a point of coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep HR files, MIS reports, and employee data updated and organized.
- Assist with onboarding and induction sessions for new employees.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and workplace events.
- Coordinate training activities and assist with internal communication tasks.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and operational processes.
- Respond to routine employee questions and provide general HR assistance.
Skills and competencies
- Strong confidence in public speaking and presenting ideas clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal ability and a collaborative approach.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities and coordinate efficiently.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, systems, and policy application.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Well-developed organization, tracking, and follow-up skills.
Candidate profile
The preferred candidate holds an MBA in HR, has 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, and comes across as confident, proactive, and people-focused. The role suits someone who can perform well in a fast-moving work environment.
