About the role
This opening is for an Executive in HR Operations within the CBS Talent Attraction & Acquisition team in Gurugram. The position sits within a global professional services environment focused on building an exceptional employee experience and supporting the firm’s employer value proposition. The team works across functions and service lines to strengthen talent strategies, support business leaders with practical HR advice, and help drive people-related outcomes at scale.
What the team does
The Talent team contributes to strategic HR delivery by partnering with leaders and enabling work across business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, mobility, compensation and benefits, HR systems, operations, and people analytics. The broader focus is to support the business, improve employee engagement, and bring the organization’s strategy to life through effective HR processes and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Use consulting-oriented thinking to strengthen HR operations and improve talent acquisition approaches.
- Apply analytical methods to evaluate, refine, and optimize attraction and recruitment processes.
- Support workforce planning and candidate sourcing using structured best practices.
- Work with HR metrics and data to guide recruitment decisions and operational improvements.
- Leverage technology to make HR processes more efficient and scalable.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively across multiple client departments while respecting commercial and legal obligations. A practical mindset for solving complex issues is important, along with the ability to offer clear and workable solutions. The role calls for someone who is agile, curious, mindful, energetic, adaptable, and creative.
Qualification and experience
A PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required. The expected experience level is 5 years or more.
