Role Overview

As Executive Housekeeper, you will lead one of the hotel’s largest departments and play an important role in shaping the guest experience. You will oversee the full housekeeping operation, make sure guest rooms and public spaces are cleaned and maintained to a high standard, and support the team through direction, coaching, and training. You will also help put standard operating procedures into practice and ensure guest facilities remain well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the housekeeping department and oversee daily operations across guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service quality in line with the hotel’s standards.
• Lead, guide, and train housekeeping team members to strengthen performance and service delivery.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across the department.
• Ensure guest facilities are consistently kept in proper condition.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for hotel guests.
