Role Scope
As Executive Director, Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing, you will act as a key advisor to senior operations and business leaders while shaping the digital strategy for the full end-to-end supply chain network. Your remit will cover procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, supplier engagement, analytics, automation, AI, and enterprise systems.
You will also oversee a worldwide digital team and lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, strengthening resilience, supporting growth, and creating a stronger competitive position.

Compensation
The position is based in Detroit, MI or Stamford, CT and follows a hybrid work model. The target compensation range is $240,000 to $300,000, plus bonus and long-term incentives.
