Role overview
This position is for an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO at a med-tech organization focused on improving access to quality prenatal care through artificial intelligence and advancing maternal health equity. The role combines executive assistance with broader operational coordination and administrative ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct executive assistance to the CEO.
- Support leadership activities and help maintain smooth communication across functions.
- Coordinate between internal teams and other stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently.
- Handle documentation, maintain knowledge assets, and support records organization.
- Assist with audits, compliance-related tasks, and related documentation needs.
- Contribute to process development, workflow improvement, and training materials for tools and operations.
- Offer technical and administrative support as required in day-to-day operations.
Work arrangement
This is an onsite role with a 5-day work schedule.
