Job description
Role Overview
Adobe is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Global Enterprise Marketing. This role is pivotal in managing complex scheduling and facilitating the execution of key team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a highly dynamic and intricate calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing commitments.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Organize special projects and events such as offsite meetings, social gatherings, team-building exercises, and client-staff meetings.
- Plan and facilitate quarterly All Hands meetings and team onsite events.
- Handle business expense reports and purchase order processing for the VP.
- Collaborate regularly with other Administrative and Executive Assistants and provide coverage during absences.
- Support departmental staff as necessary.
- Work closely with the Business Operations team to assist the VP with leadership meetings, priority management, and speaking engagements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 7 years’ related experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Meticulous attention to detail while operating autonomously.
- Exceptional communication skills suited for executive-level interaction.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguous situations with effective expectation management.
- Maintains confidentiality with high integrity and discretion.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize conflicting demands, and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support at events or conferences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other productivity tools such as Slack, email, and calendaring software.
- Positive and proactive mindset suitable for a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Compensation Details
The salary range in the U.S. markets for this position spans from $84,200 up to $174,700 annually, adjusted based on location, skills, and experience. In California specifically, the range is $120,700 to $174,700. Sales roles have total target compensation including commissions; non-sales roles include a base salary and annual incentive plans. Some positions may be eligible for equity awards as part of long-term incentives.
