The SaaS platform integrates marketing, organizational, legal, and financial technologies, featuring a marketplace connecting clients and Vicos. It seamlessly interfaces with top procurement software through a partnership with SAP.
The platform currently hosts over 100 Vicos comprising thousands of freelancers. Vicoland's centralized team includes 40 professionals distributed across Europe and expanding into the US, with headquarters in Frankfurt/Main.
Role Summary
As the CEO’s technologically proficient right hand, you will spearhead AI-focused strategic projects delivering quantifiable business value. From your first day, you will define project scopes, launch cross-functional initiatives, and drive outcomes that shape company strategy and operational capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, Software Development, and Partnerships teams in a hybrid work model, balancing onsite presence in Frankfurt with remote or office-based flexibility across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CEO special projects end-to-end by identifying challenges, defining scopes, establishing milestones, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to implement AI-first workflows such as automated agents and data pipelines aimed at enhancing Vico operations and platform functionality.
- Pilot and embed the “AI agent” role within Vicos, documenting insights and scaling operational playbooks.
- Support the exploration of partnership opportunities through target research, outreach material preparation, strategic fit analysis, and facilitation of pilot collaborations.
- Develop concise analyses and decision documents for the CEO including market assessments, business cases, and OKRs, and oversee progress on company goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional sprint planning that translates strategic objectives into product and operational modifications while managing associated risks, dependencies, and communications.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track project KPIs, communicate business impact, extract insights, and recommend subsequent actions.
Candidate Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving challenges in a high-growth environment.
- A university degree with excellent academic performance.
- Relevant professional experience, whether through employment, entrepreneurial ventures, or internships, preferably in professional services sectors involving consultancy, legal, finance, or technology with an emphasis on AI.
- Proven extensive use of AI tools and a keen interest in AI advancements.
- Outstanding communication skills facilitating daily interactions with diverse stakeholders, demonstrated comfort with direct outreach.
- Collaborative team orientation capable of engaging effectively with technology, sales, service, and financial personnel internally and externally.
- Fluency in German and English, supporting current DACH market focus and international expansion.
