About the Role
A well-established General Contractor focused on large multi-family construction projects seeks an Executive Assistant to offer comprehensive support to their Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, administrative expertise, and superb organizational skills. The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information. Independent execution of projects demanding meticulous attention to detail, initiative, and persistent follow-through is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper, effectively managing and prioritizing CEO’s engagements.
- Oversee all calendar activities including scheduling meetings, appointments, conference calls, and arranging meals and travel, utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
- Deliver broad administrative assistance such as creating and maintaining databases, documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.
- Monitor and track action items and deliverables, proactively allocating CEO’s time to address these priorities.
- Manage correspondence and prepare regular expense reports.
- Collaborate with management and consultants to support and implement marketing strategies for both the company and its properties.
- Conduct research on properties, firms, and market trends.
- Draft Requests for Proposals and assist in preparation of detailed presentations and project fact sheets.
- Handle additional personal records and matters for the CEO as required.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, primarily supporting C-level executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment alongside a decisive CEO.
- Strong composure under pressure, maintaining a calm and steady attitude at all times.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals across all organizational levels.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, in addition to benefits. This estimated compensation reflects base salary and excludes other components such as equity or additional incentives.
