Job description

About Citiri

Citiri is a technology company pioneering Owner Scope Management, an operational platform designed to bridge the gap between construction phase completion and safe, compliant, and efficient operational readiness for major capital projects, facilities, and infrastructure. Their clientele includes leading owners of multi-billion dollar projects such as Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Los Angeles World Airports, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and Sound Transit. The company operates with lean principles supported by a comprehensive written execution system that promotes calmness even during growth stages.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our founder and CEO. This role involves meticulously managing the CEO's time, logistics, and focus during a pivotal phase in the company’s lifespan. It's a specialized position suited for someone who takes pride in excelling in this craft. The quality of calendar management, seamless organization of meetings, and maintenance of the CEO’s recovery periods are crucial for driving the company’s deliverables forward.

This position is not intended as a transitional role but for someone passionate about high-level executive assistance and who wishes to be recognized for exceptional impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically design and protect the CEO’s calendar, integrating structured blocks for deep work, a rigorous meeting cadence, and purposeful recovery intervals, all guided by an operational framework delivered in the first week.
  • Ensure meeting discipline for all CEO engagements by enforcing clear meeting objectives, preparing and distributing essential materials beforehand, and capturing and confirming action items on the same day.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for business travel, board meetings, executive leadership offsites, and company town halls while coordinating select personal travel to sustain systemic balance.
  • Handle communications by scheduling, drafting replies, and filtering incoming requests with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Leverage AI tools extensively to automate routine aspects of the role, reflecting the company’s AI-first approach.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of five years' experience as an executive assistant, including direct support to a founder, CEO, or equivalent high-ranking executive who relied heavily on your expertise.
  • Expertise in calendar management that focuses on weekly planning and energy management rather than simple time slots, with clear ability to articulate the rationale behind calendar structuring.
  • Impeccable follow-through skills ensuring confirmed actions are reliably executed, and that potential issues are proactively and transparently raised.
  • Comfort with candid and straightforward communication styles, valuing directness both in expression and management.
  • Absolute confidentiality when dealing with sensitive board, investor, personnel, and personal matters.
  • Strong proficiency with AI-driven productivity tools and contemporary office technology suites.
  • Candidates should be based in Atlanta or willing to relocate as this is an on-site role at the company’s headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments, particularly during fundraising cycles.
  • Skilled in event planning and production, including leadership offsite sessions.
  • Capability to integrate professional and select personal assistance for an executive.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $85,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus incentives.
  • Equity participation opportunity.
  • Comprehensive company-sponsored benefits package.

Application Instructions

Applicants should submit a resume along with a brief note (approximately five sentences) describing the most demanding executive or principal they have supported and what contributed to their effectiveness in that role.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
