Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Brand President and CEO plays a vital role in establishing an effective and high-impact partnership with the leadership. This office supports the efficient functioning of the Brand President’s office and the leadership team by providing high-level administrative and operational assistance focused on confidentiality, sound judgment, and discretion. The role demands proactive anticipation of needs, adept prioritization, and the ability to operate successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Assistant facilitates communication with senior stakeholders and ensures organizational alignment, offering the opportunity to interact closely with executive leadership and gain insight into the global company's strategies and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a complicated and dynamic schedule spanning various time zones, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements while managing multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
- Protect confidential information with the utmost discretion, employing strong judgment and initiative to address issues and suggest solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, fostering strong relationships organization-wide.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document notes, monitor follow-ups, and orchestrate logistics for meetings, events, offsites, and town halls including catering and audiovisual needs.
- Maintain organized systems for records, files, and documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Provide leadership and guidance to administrative assistants aligned with the Brand President’s goals.
- Accurately manage expense reports, budget oversight, and financial documentation in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience providing executive support for senior leaders, preferably in a complex retail environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Capability to prioritize effectively and work with urgency in managing multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
- Keen attention to detail and thorough follow-through.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful approach to work.
- Highly detail-focused and well-organized nature.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range offered for this position is $119,000 to $148,700 annually. Remuneration will vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and location, with compliance to applicable wage laws.
