About the Role
The Amazon Advertising team is looking for a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to offer comprehensive support to multiple Directors within the Amazon Demand Side Platform division. The primary responsibilities include supporting two leaders overseeing teams that collectively exceed 200 members. This position is integral to a close-knit EA team aiding the broader Advertising organization, which employs over 16,000 individuals globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex scheduling tasks including managing calendars, coordinating meeting invitations, and organizing conference rooms.
- Arrange both international and domestic travel plans efficiently.
- Process expense reports accurately and promptly.
- Organize logistics for large-scale events, both in-person and virtual, incorporating catering services, agenda preparation, and material compilation, to ensure productive meetings such as Town Halls and business gatherings.
- Plan office space requirements and coordinate office relocations smoothly.
- Enhance team morale by recognizing achievements, fostering a fun work environment, and encouraging positive engagement among colleagues.
- Attend critical meetings, assist in tracking important deliverables, and ensure follow-up on outstanding action items.
- Lead and facilitate team processes including setting meeting agendas, conducting weekly business reviews, organizing team-building and launch events, and administering recognition programs.
- Innovate by identifying creative internal and external solutions to address challenges.
Daily Overview
Typical days involve managing high email volumes, coordinating with other Executive Assistants for complex meetings, and collaborating closely with executives and business partners on various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of three years of professional or military experience.
- Proven expertise in managing executive-level calendars.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working in fast-paced, technology-driven companies.
- Experience handling multiple complex calendars simultaneously.

Salary Range
Annual base salary ranges from 66,300 to 107,100 USD, supplemented by sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and work location.
