Role overview
A family office based in New York City is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Information Officer/Co-Founder. The position follows a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day working remotely, though the assistant may be required to be onsite five days when needed.
Core responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars.
- Support the executive in preparing for meetings.
- Handle emails and document requests on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting notes, and other documents.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership is required.
Additional information
This is a full-time role within a family office environment in New York City. The work arrangement is primarily onsite with one remote day per week, and flexibility to work onsite five days as needed.
