Position Overview

Camden Center is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic and trusted capacity. The role extends beyond typical executive support, involving extensive management of the CEO’s professional and personal commitments within a healthcare setting. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires discretion, excellent organizational abilities, and healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensively manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinating clinical, administrative, and personal engagements while resolving conflicts and ensuring preparation time.
  • Act as the liaison with internal scheduling teams to align clinical schedules and leadership commitments across different locations.
  • Oversee the CEO’s private practice scheduling independently but in coordination with facility duties, handling patient appointments, follow-ups, and administrative periods with confidentiality.
  • Manage the CEO’s email and correspondence by prioritizing, drafting responses, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Arrange all travel logistics for both domestic and international trips, proactively managing changes to minimize disruption.
  • Prepare meeting materials including agendas and presentations; attend select meetings to record notes and monitor action item completion.
  • Draft internal communications and executive-level correspondence on the CEO’s behalf, maintaining professionalism and consistency.
  • Handle sensitive information regarding patients, staff, and organizational strategy with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support special projects through research, coordination, and varied administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in healthcare or clinical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, dual calendars across facility operations and private practice settings.
  • Experience collaborating with scheduling or clinical operations teams to coordinate calendars and appointments.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations and experience working in HIPAA-compliant healthcare settings.
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting professional correspondence and official materials.
  • Capability to remain composed and effective under pressure, managing shifting priorities and a fast-paced workload.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range from $75,000 to $125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
