Role overview
Majestic International Company is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position for a highly organized professional who can handle executive-level coordination, communication, and administration in a fast-paced setting. The compensation is SAR 8,000 per month as a full package.
Location and recruitment details
The role is based in Riyadh. Candidates may be interviewed and screened in Amman, Jordan, and must be prepared to relocate to Riyadh.
What you will do
- Keep the CEO’s diary organized, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Join meetings when needed, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Manage the CEO’s correspondence, emails, and other communications.
- Coordinate smoothly with internal teams and outside stakeholders.
- Arrange business travel, lodging, and related logistics.
- Draft executive-level reports, briefing notes, and presentation content.
- Assist with strategic assignments and special initiatives.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Support event coordination and executive-level functions.
- Track deadlines and help ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
- Between 7 and 10 years of experience supporting a CEO, Chairman, or other senior leader.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfort working under pressure while balancing several priorities at once.
- A polished professional image and strong interpersonal skills.
- High standards of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Compensation and benefits
The offered salary is SAR 8,000 per month as a full package. The position provides the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a professional, dynamic environment, along with opportunities for growth and development.
