Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will deliver comprehensive administrative and organizational support to GPN's leadership while working remotely. Key duties include calendar oversight, coordinating meetings, preparing and assembling documents, presentations, and reports, as well as organizing virtual events and communications with both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities also encompass managing correspondence, tracking follow-up items, and maintaining digital filing systems to optimize workflow and ensure timely action. Additional support involves compiling expense details, drafting briefing materials, and assisting on special projects connected to global health policy initiatives. This remote position offers valuable experience collaborating with international stakeholders in the global health and policy fields.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in executive and administrative assistance including calendar management, document preparation, and task coordination.
- Experience in supporting executive priorities, preparing expense reports, and organizing necessary materials.
- Strong communication abilities featuring clear written and verbal skills, as well as professional email and virtual meeting etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, proficient time management, and capability to handle multiple responsibilities remotely.
- Preferably prior experience supporting executives or teams in nonprofit, policy, healthcare, or academic settings.
- Familiarity with common productivity software such as word processors, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and virtual meeting platforms; comfort using cloud-based systems.
- Genuine interest in global health, policy, sustainability, and international cooperation, coupled with respect for diverse cultures and viewpoints.
