Role overview
GAB INC. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO remotely while working primarily across US time zones. The company is a fast-growing global marketing agency serving well-known brands, creators, and businesses in entertainment, fashion, and international markets. This position is best suited to someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep executive operations running smoothly.
What you will handle
- Take ownership of the CEO’s schedule and inbox so important messages, meetings, and priorities are managed without anything being overlooked.
- Coordinate appointments and discussions across multiple global time zones to keep communication seamless.
- Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, matching the CEO’s tone and style in emails, follow-ups, and messages.
- Support strategic project management by following through on tasks, removing obstacles, and ensuring action items are completed.
- Assist with marketing-related operations such as research, content coordination, and campaign support.
- Source, hire, and oversee freelancers and vendors, including vetting candidates and maintaining accountability.
- Arrange travel, monitor expenses, and manage logistics, with an added advantage if cost-effective options can be secured.
- Create and organize documents, place orders, and complete purchases that help day-to-day operations move efficiently.
What the role calls for
- Recent experience in administrative support while working directly with one or more executives.
- Background in a fast-moving environment, ideally within an agency, marketing, or entertainment setting.
- Strong command of Google Workspace and confidence in learning new digital tools quickly.
- A positive, proactive mindset with the flexibility to adapt easily in changing situations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Availability aligned with US time zones.

Additional strengths include a resilient attitude, strong attention to grammar and detail, the ability to manage multiple projects calmly, and prior exposure to founders, executives, HR, project coordination, or marketing support.
Compensation
The package includes a base payment of USD 600 per month plus a USD 400 monthly performance bonus.
