About the Role
Bond is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO as a trusted operational partner. This is a full-time, high-impact position for someone who brings strong professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion, and who can thrive in a fast-moving environment. The role involves handling the details that help leadership operate efficiently and may require availability during evenings and weekends when business needs arise.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate the CEO’s work and personal calendar, including agenda preparation, correspondence, calls, and client-related scheduling.
- Act as a key enabler of the CEO’s effectiveness across the organization.
- Manage complicated and frequently changing schedules while controlling information flow to senior leaders with accuracy.
- Arrange executive travel end to end, including flights, lodging, local transport, and meals.
- Lead project tracking for important cross-functional initiatives, monitor momentum, identify obstacles, and ensure tasks are completed.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Represent the CEO in internal and external interactions, including communication with advisors, board members, media, and customers.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting messages, preparing reports, and keeping systems organized.
- Support internal communication and help plan both in-office and offsite events.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in executive administrative support with direct exposure to C-level leadership.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company or a Series B-or-later startup operating in a high-growth environment.
- Location in the New York metro area, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Florham Park, NJ office.
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.
Skills & Competencies
The ideal candidate brings polished executive presence, strong independent decision-making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle several complex priorities at once. They should be highly trustworthy, resourceful, adaptable, and eager to grow into broader leadership responsibilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and comfort learning new systems quickly are also important.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional value will be given to candidates with PMP or a comparable credential such as CAPM or Agile/Scrum, experience in startup, technology, or security-focused environments, and familiarity with scheduling or project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Google Workspace.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual pay for this role is between $100,000 and $110,000, based on experience, and includes an annual performance bonus. Bond also provides health, dental, and vision coverage.
Work Environment
This position is hybrid and based out of Florham Park, New Jersey. The role is centered in the New York City metropolitan area.
