- Leverage technology and artificial intelligence to enhance communication efficiency and administrative tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior C-suite executive in a dedicated 1:1 capacity.
- Background in private, family-owned, founder-led, or entrepreneurial organisational environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and sound judgment capabilities.
- Confident stakeholder management and role as a trusted gatekeeper.
- Approachable, personable, and focused on relationship building.
- Embraces and utilises technology and AI to drive efficiency.
- Enjoys a dynamic work environment with responsibilities extending beyond traditional executive support.
