What You Will Do

  • Keep executive calendars organized, coordinate meetings, and balance priorities so leadership time is used effectively.
  • Draft, assemble, and structure meeting packs such as agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Monitor incoming messages and communications, then route and follow up on them appropriately.
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
  • Stay ahead of travel requirements and manage supporting documents along with expense records.
  • Assist with special assignments and internal initiatives, helping ensure timelines and outcomes are met.
  • Carry out research and prepare concise briefing materials to support executive decisions.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Support smooth collaboration across teams and help day-to-day operations run efficiently.
  • Handle confidential matters carefully and apply strong judgment when priorities change quickly.

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage demanding calendars and complex travel arrangements.
  • Strong planning, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Clear and effective written as well as verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; exposure to project management platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team collaborator.
  • A polished professional approach, integrity, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
