About DualEntry

DualEntry, founded in 2024, is a rapidly scaling AI startup focused on transforming ERP for modern finance teams. The company operates in a massive fintech market and is building an AI-first ERP platform designed to replace outdated on-premise systems and reduce manual accounting work. Its customers range from high-growth businesses to publicly listed enterprises.

The team works with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and speed. DualEntry is still early in its journey and is growing quickly, with backing from leading venture investors and experienced operators from top technology and finance companies.

Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant for the Office of the CEO, you will help the founders operate at a higher level, improve company-wide execution, and keep day-to-day operations moving efficiently. This is a demanding, high-ownership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable taking charge of complex coordination work.

This role is based at the New York City headquarters and follows Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and communication flow from end to end.
  • Coordinate across teams to keep initiatives aligned and progressing smoothly.
  • Stay ahead of leadership needs and help preserve time for the most important strategic work.
  • Handle communication with investors, customers, and partners on behalf of the CEO and founders.
  • Support HR-related activities such as onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Create repeatable operating systems for meetings, information sharing, and execution cadence.
  • Tackle operational issues using first-principles thinking and rapid execution.
  • Improve clarity, structure, and leverage across the organization.

What You Need

  • A strong work ethic, a high sense of ownership, and initiative.
  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similarly intense operations role.
  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or investors.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast context switching.
  • Strong judgment and consistent discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Background in fast-growing, fast-moving environments.

Why Join

  • Meaningful equity in a high-growth AI company.
  • Opportunity to join early and grow alongside the business.
  • Direct influence on product direction through your feedback.
  • A fast-paced culture with high trust and high expectations.
  • An opportunity to help build next-generation ERP in a market that has seen very few new entrants for decades.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay for this role is $85,000 to $130,000, and equity compensation is valued at $30,000 to $45,000. The package also includes 15 PTO days, 12 public holidays, full medical, dental, and vision coverage, commuter benefits, and 401(k) benefits. The workplace is highly collaborative and intentionally low on bureaucracy.

Equal Opportunity

DualEntry is committed to building diverse teams and maintaining an inclusive workplace where people can do their best work with support and respect.
