About the Role
Waipapa Taumata Rau | The University of Auckland is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our expanding EA Practice. Executive Assistants are pivotal in helping senior leaders concentrate on strategic goals by providing exceptional organisational support, sound judgement, and fostering strong collaborative relationships that contribute to the University's daily achievements.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently managing intricate and frequently changing calendars.
- Organising meetings, workshops, events, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing agendas, official documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the University.
- Identifying potential issues proactively and proposing practical solutions.
- Contributing to projects and initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Working collaboratively with EA Practice colleagues to deliver seamless executive support.
About You
- Experience providing support to senior leaders within complex organisational environments.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a talent for establishing effective professional relationships.

What We Offer
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $78,000 to $90,000.
- Standard full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
